13.2 Project Modifications

Any modifications to the scope of work after contract signing must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Modifications may affect pricing, materials, and project timelines. Verbal agreements for modifications are not binding.

13.3 Weather Conditions

Concrete projects are weather-dependent. Ronnie Bradic Concrete reserves the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather conditions including but not limited to rain, snow, extreme heat or cold, or other conditions that could negatively impact the quality of the finished work. Rescheduling due to weather does not constitute a breach of contract.

13.4 Property Access and Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring proper access to the work site for equipment and personnel. Additional charges may apply if special equipment is required due to access limitations. Clients are also responsible for marking any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other structures that could be damaged during excavation unless otherwise specified in the contract.

13.5 Material Variations

Concrete is a natural material subject to variations in color, texture, and finish. Small cracks, color variations, and surface imperfections are considered normal and do not constitute defects. Ronnie Bradic Concrete cannot guarantee an exact match to color samples or existing concrete.

13.6 Warranties

Ronnie Bradic Concrete provides a limited warranty on workmanship for a period of one (1) year from project completion. This warranty covers significant structural defects caused by improper installation but does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, abuse, or acts of nature. Specific warranty details will be outlined in your service contract.

13.7 Maintenance Requirements

Proper maintenance is required to maintain the quality and appearance of concrete work. Ronnie Bradic Concrete will provide maintenance instructions upon project completion. Failure to follow these instructions may void applicable warranties. Recommended maintenance includes regular cleaning, prompt stain removal, proper sealing (as recommended), and avoiding the use of de-icing chemicals or other harmful substances.
